This job never ceases to surprise me.
I received an out-of-the-blue enquiry from a London property company the other day. They are looking to buy an apartment building that I completed in 2009 and wanted some details of the project.
We converted and extended the old Ashton-under-Lyne County Courts building into 26 apartments to let at the time of the financial crash. Apparently it has had virtually full occupancy ever since. I was pleased to hear that the apartments have been very popular.
It was a bit painful but interesting to delve into my archive for the project.
