I visited one of the buildings I have been working on since 2003. It is Grade II listed and a former warehouse converted into offices. We gained planning permission in 2006 to add a ten storey glass extension in the rear yard.
My client has recently renovated the offices and I was pleased to see that they had loads of character and natural light retaining existing features of the building including exposed brickwork, cast iron columns and timber beams.
Maybe one day we will build the extension.
